For our clothing and accessories, we prioritize the use of cotton and cotton blend materials whenever possible. You can find the specific material composition of each item listed under the product details where applicable.

Unless stated otherwise, I personally hand silkscreen each item using a two to three-color process, often combined with hand painting. This method ensures that every piece is unique and truly one-of-a-kind.

I create all the designs using traditional, hand-crafted screens and personally handle the printing process.

Please be aware that due to this handmade process and the variations in pressure applied during printing, slight imperfections may occur in the designs. These subtle differences are part of the unique charm of each piece.

I use water-based, non-toxic paints for all designs, and each is heat-set to ensure lasting durability.

While specific care instructions will be included with your order, I generally recommend washing items in cold water and hanging them to dry. This will help maintain the quality and extend the life of your purchase.

Our currently in-stock items are marked and ready for immediate shipment.

We also offer custom-made orders. To inquire about a custom order, please email us your request, and I'll be happy to provide you with a cost estimate and an estimated completion date. Please note that the timeframe for custom orders may vary.

Just a quick note about our shipping process. The shipping cost you see already includes any applicable taxes. Currently, there are no additional taxes on the items themselves.

We currently ship all orders through Flagship, which finds you the best available rates and courier options. Please keep in mind that shipping rates are set by the couriers and may be subject to change, as Digital Puma Design does not determine these costs.

For deliveries to P.O. Boxes, please note that these will be shipped via Canada Post.

For our customers in Toronto, local pickup and/or delivery might be possible. Please inquire before placing your order if you're interested in these options!
