Overview of my submission to the 2025 Halloween design contest hosted by Bravemark.co

Challenge: Create a Visual Identity for a playful snack brand called Phantom Pops

Brand name and Product: Phantom Pops are playful, lollipops and candy pops designed for Halloween season. With glowing wrappers and fun, collectible ghost characters, Phantom Pops are made to delight kids and spark nostalgia for teens and young adults

Objective: Make Phantom Pops the go-to Halloween treat for parties, trick-or-treating, and late-night scares.

The logomark features a cat’s eye inside a black circle, using the primary color combination of orange on black.

This symbol is directly tied to the character One-Eyed Pete, who appears throughout the brand’s identity.

THE PHANTOM FRIENDS ICONS

Are illustrated in a hand-drawn style featuring a ghostly aesthetic with subtle transparency and textured details that give them personality and charm.

The collectible characters are used in patterns, packaging and across touchpoints like stickers, collectors cards and online games.
